The Masterclass is a small, focused 1:1 coaching experience.

I only take on a small number of clients at a time.

This isn’t scalable—and that’s the point.

To do this properly, each person needs attention, feedback, and direct support. That’s why spots are limited and only open when capacity allows.

When it’s full, it’s closed. The goal isn’t to bring in as many people as possible—it’s to make sure this is the right fit, and that I can genuinely help you move forward. If it feels like the right next step for you, apply for the next available spot.

If you’re done starting over — and ready to build something that lasts — I’ll work with you.

While the Masterclass Course isn’t built around workouts or programs,

You can choose to translate your new direction into training if you want to.

You’ll have the option to book two 1-hour coaching sessions for free, where we create a training approach tailored to you and your situation.

From there, you can continue with 3 months of individual training support, including custom programs delivered through a simple, easy-to-use app—with ongoing communication if wanted, free of charge.

This also includes a weekly 15-minute call for three months (an additional 3 hours of support), at no extra cost.

This is optional — and only there if it feels relevant to you.
